Refund Policy

7-day free trial

Every new GlowBack member gets a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and nothing is billed.

Monthly and Quarterly plans

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid Monthly or Quarterly subscription. If GlowBack is not the right fit, email us at support@glowbackhealth.life within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that, plans are non-refundable but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

Founder Lifetime

Founder Lifetime is a limited offer (maximum 80 purchases total) and is eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase only. After 14 days the purchase is final.

Founder, Family Care, Friends & Family, Beta Tester

These roles are granted by invitation only and are not sold, so refunds do not apply.

How to request a refund

Email support@glowbackhealth.life with your account email, the plan you purchased and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Abuse of refunds

Repeated refund requests, chargebacks, or abuse of trials, coupons and referrals may result in permanent account suspension.
