Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GlowBack Health Hub you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Educational service only
GlowBack provides educational wellness support. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use GlowBack.
3. Accounts
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Subscriptions and trials
- New members receive a 7-day free trial.
- Premium plans (Monthly and Quarterly) renew automatically until you cancel from the Subscription page.
- Founder, Family Care, Friends & Family, Beta Tester and Founder Lifetime plans are subject to strict eligibility rules and hard limits enforced automatically by our system.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share your account, coupons or referral rewards for resale.
- Do not attempt to bypass eligibility limits, stack coupons, or create duplicate accounts to abuse trials or referral rewards.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or copyrighted content.
6. Referrals and coupons
Referral rewards are capped at a lifetime maximum of 6 months per referrer. Coupons cannot be stacked, cannot be reused by the same account, and Family Care members are not eligible for public coupons.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our systems. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
GlowBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
GlowBack, its founders, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of GlowBack after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
